Minnie Street Family Resource Center

Since 1994, TCF has participated in a multi-ethnic and multi-service program called Families and Communities Together (FaCT), a regional network of 15 Family Resource Centers (FRC), working to promote safe and stable families and serving over 15,000 residents per year throughout Orange County. TCF provides services at Minnie Street Family Resource Center (MSFRC) located in Santa Ana, California. As a network partner, TCF has built its own capacity to implement several evidence-based approaches, including Strengthening Families. Developed by the Center for the Study of Social Policy, the program was designed to nurture the positive assets and characteristics to promote healthy behaviors, especially under stressful circumstances. During the 2015-2016 fiscal year, FRCs helped 15,355 individuals by increasing access to and utilization of health, mental health, social, and other services.

The program offers: Counseling, Parenting Education, Family Support Services, Domestic Violence Personal Empowerment Program, Information & Referral Services, Comprehensive Case Management Team Services, and Family Health & Wellness.
